Passo do Lontra Parck Hotel is an enterprise that has a great concern for the preservation and conservation of the natural and human environment of the locality. Since the beginning of its construction were taken some care to ensure the survival of plant and animal species of the locality. Therefore, we developed some actions, which were:

The entire construction of the hotel was made on stiltsIn wood from other regions with legal origin (originating from demolition reuse of coffee farms in the north of Paraná and of deforestation authorized and monitored by IBAMA and savanna on the plateau of Mato Grosso do Sul), so not spoiling the environmentWithout interfering with migration routes (land, water and air) and the food chain of flora and fauna (fish), thus ensuring the survival of species in the region;

Potable Water - From semi-artesian

TSewage treatment - Fone through septic tanks

Garbage - All trash produced is separated and recycled, where the organic part is reused as feed for livestock, fish and organic fertilizer, and aluminum cans are sold (the rent is reversed for the benefit of employees); papers and plastics are incinerated and glasses are stored for later transported to the city.

Reforestation - This action undoubtedly is one of the most important for the balance of the ecosystem. Throughout the physical structure of the complex is accomplished the planting of fruit trees in the region. As a result, each year increases the germination and harvesting of fruits and flowers have become larger, producing more food for birds and wildlife. It is noteworthy that the complex species that are already adopted as a permanent dwelling place, such as: Alligators, capybaras, storks and others.

Combat hunting of wild animals and destruction of the environment - The Complex has kept all its team of professionals on alert, and to detect any violation effects denounces the bodies responsible for monitoring the environment.

Community Effort - At certain times, we conducted a community task force to collect garbage in the entire region of Passo do and Miranda.
